Arlington, VA – April 4, 2023 – The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) today announced an increase in its fee structure, the first increase in 13 years.
“While a price increase is never welcome news, rising administrative and testing costs are a reality,” said BRPT President Andrea Ramberg, MS, CCSH, RPSGT. “Our mission remains two-fold: to maintain the strength and integrity of the BRPT’s credentialing program and to offer candidates and credential holders the offerings and support they need to advance their careers.”
Ramberg also noted that after more than a decade, the BRPT will make a significant investment in new technology to upgrade its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to better support credential holders.
The following changes will go into effect July 1, 2023:
