Complimentary Certificates and Wallet Cards
Individuals who earn the CPSGT, RPSGT, or CCSH credential will receive an email from The Award Group with instructions for claiming their complimentary certificate and wallet card.
The email is typically sent 1-2 weeks after you passed your exam or completed recertification. Be sure to follow the instructions in the email to claim your certificate.
What to Expect
- The email from The Award Group includes your login information
- Orders are produced and mailed after they are claimed by the recipient
- Delivery typically takes up to 8 weeks

Printable PDF Copy
Request a printable PDF copy of your credential or BRPT program certificate through the Store in the BRPT Self Service Portal. Processing time is 3-5 business days.
Important for International Credential Holders
Professionally printed certificates and wallet cards are provided by BRPT at no cost. However, international shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the credential holder at the time the order is placed.
These shipping fees are set and collected directly by the delivery provider used by our certificate vendor, The Award Group. BRPT does not determine, collect, or increase these fees.
