PDF Certificate Request

If you are a credential holder requesting an electronic PDF of your CPSGT, RPSGT or CCSH certificate, please log into the Self Service Portal to do so.  Navigate to the Store to request your PDF.

Please note:

• All PDF requests require a $25.00 processing fee and take 3-5 business days to be processed.
• If you are recertifying and are requesting a copy of your updated certificate, please do not request one until you receive the email confirmation that your recertification application has been processed.
• If you are requesting a PDF of your CSE certificate or of any past BRPT Symposium certificate of attendance, please submit your request by emailing info@brpt.org
