Qiyang Li is a member of the BRPT Board of Directors, Chair of the CSTE Committee, and incoming Chair of the International Committee. His work with BRPT focuses on professional education, international development, and advancing sleep technology standards across global markets.

He is Co-Founder of the New England Sleep Academy (NESA), the first BRPT STAR-designated education program to deliver bilingual sleep technology training for the Asia-Pacific region. He is also Co-Founder of Huici Healthcare Group, a leading sleep healthcare organization developing and operating a network of multidisciplinary sleep medicine centers across Greater China. In addition, Qiyang serves as Vice Chair of the Sleep Medicine Committee of the Chinese Non-Government Medical Institutions Association (CNMIA), which represents more than 25,000 healthcare institutions nationwide, and serves on the Editorial Board of SleepWorld Magazine.

Qiyang holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MPH from Dartmouth College, and an MPA from Suffolk University, where his MPA studies focused on nonprofit leadership and institutional governance.
